How we evaluate ourselves should reflect our corporate culture.
Netflix’s “reinvention of HR” starts with their values and vision, to identify 9 different factors they use to evaluate their employees. View their slide deck here http://bit.ly/9xQdMB. I found 9 to be too many to wrap my brain around, when I realized grouping them into WHO we are, HOW we act (based on who we are), and WHAT we accomplish (because of how we acted) could show the staff how our own values can lead to better performance.
