On Being Unskilled & Unaware Of It

The Dunning-Kruger Effect is probably the study I cite most, especially while I was an executive, because many personnel performance issues are rooted in this cognitive bias where you have a higher opinion of your performance and skills because you are unskilled. Somehow just putting this label helped me deal with the situation.
